Project Management

For all projects Carlson has proprietary Project Management systems for the construction of Mission-Critical facilities. Each Project Manager is equipped with the tools for effective communication with the client.

One of the key tools is a regularly issued Project Control Report, prepared by the Project Manager. This includes updates on the status of the project, the project's cost status as compared to initial budgets, discussion of key issues, and an updated schedule. We hold regular Cost Meetings to review the status of every project. The results are reflected in the Cost Updates provided to the Client.
