CYRUSONE KICKS OFF CONSTRUCTION ON CARROLLTON DATA CENTER

Carlson has been awarded the contract for the construction of CyrusOne’s new 67,000 SF data hall suite located in their Carrolton, Texas facility.  Work will include construction of a new secured equipment yard including installation of chillers, generators and cooling towers along with 52,000 SF of raised access floor space and adjacent electrical switchgear and UPS rooms.  The work is anticipated to take 14 weeks to complete.

COMPASS DATA CENTER'S DURHAM LOCATION COMPLETED

Carlson has finished construction on Compass Data Centers Durham Project. Successful completion of this level 5 commissioned Tier III certified 20,000 SF data center was done in six months which included demolition of an existing building and extensive site work.

IRVINE SEISMIC UPGRADE UNDERWAY

Construction has begun for the seismic upgrade to a 300,000 Sq.Ft. building along Von Karman in Irvine, CA.  Carlson employed its unique "Integrated Design Build" methodology for the project, and is slated to be Powered Shell Data Center. 

DIGITAL REALTY BUILD TO SUIT PROJECTS COMPLETED

Carlson has completed construction on two Build-to-suit project for Digital Realty.  The Savvis Data Center in Santa Clara, CA and the newest to be completed is the NetApp Data Center in Hillsboro, Oregon.

LATISYS DATA CENTER -Denver, CO is now complete. The 63,000 SQ FT data center designed by Carlson is the second facility in the Denver area for Latisys, and called Den-2. 

Carlson has completed Design Services for a 90,000 Sq. Ft Data Center for Latisys in Irvine, CA.  Phase I includes 20,00 sq ft of raised floor.  Phase II of the facility is underway.

New Projects being designed for this national Colocation provider include the Irvine and Denver sites and Ashburn, VA.
